    Help with factory reset

    I have a customer with this older N41B1P2. That was installed in the property they bought. The old owner is not reachable and Dahua said there is no way to reset it. I have opened and there is no reset button and no J1/J2 jumpers, so I’m wondering if anyone knows how to reset this unit to factory.
