    Thank you all for your helpful responses. I thought I had set wireless to 'Default' - but I must have neglected to save the setting. Following your advice, I reconfigured and saved the settings - now it's working as expected.

    Hi Model DH-IPC-HFW1230DS-SAW This camera works when wired to network. I have it set up with a fixed ip address. I can successfully log in to the camera using the ip address. I can see the live display, and access 'playback' with no issues. Under settings, I can see that the wifi is connected...
