Hi Tony, thank you for your support. I tried the approach you suggested, and it worked perfectly. Additionally, the camera was able to decompress the image and display the 180 degree view even in ONVIF mode. You were right. Thanks again!! -

Hi Tony, Yes, both the NVR and the camera do have the option to use ONVIF, but I haven’t set up any ONVIF user on either device. Right now, the only protocol I’m using is Hikvision’s private one. If you have any ideas or suggestions for something I could try, I’m definitely open to testing. I... -

Hi Tony, thanks a lot for your reply! Both the NVR (DS-7732NI-E4/16P) and the camera (DS-2CD2347G2P-LSU/SL) are Hikvision, so ideally they should be using the Hikvision private protocol instead of ONVIF. Thanks again for the support! -
