Nevermind. I used the TFTP under linux and flashed correctly this time. Seems the old tftp doesn't support >30Mb or thereabouts -

So after upgrading firmware I was unable to get back into the DVR DS-7616NI-I2/16P. I cannot change any settings in SADP, I can get to the web GUI but cannot login there either. I went through the SADP password reset with tech support. Received the key file. SADP says pass reset success but...
