    Could you show us a photo of your SD4 with and without the supplement IR from the other camera. If its that great I am thinking of purchasing a IR Solar light.

    What are peoples night settings for both Colour and Black/White. For both I get ghosting to the point the person becomes invisible.

    Anyone have issues with trees. As soon as it tracks towards a tree it loses tracking.

    Ah yep thought so. Does anyone know how to make the tracking quicker. I have vehicles enter the camera visual arwa but the camera tries to track but is too slow. The vehicle ends up passing my house and the camera stops tracking it. Most cars are only travelling 30-40km/h too

    Does anyone know how to set PTZ limits for left and right. My camera is at the front of my house and sometimes it spins back towards a brickwall. I want to stop it from rotating 180 degrees. The only function I could find was the SCAN function but it means its constantly scanning and moving.

    Finally fixed it lol, so didnt realise there was two firmwares. One for General_SD4AXXX-HN_MCU_V2.401.0000001.80.R.231020 and one for DH_SD-Gauss_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V3.201.0000002.3.R.251014 I updated the DH_SD-Gauss_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V3.201.0000002.3.R.251014 and now my WEB GUI login...

    Did you end up fixing this? I am having the exact same issue. PTZ Controls just go haywire to the point camera spins sometimes cause of the lag.

I suppose any significant security issues would require a patch from ANNKE which would then be on their website. So far AC500 or the l15EM doesnt have any...

    I was able to pair my AC500 to Hik-Connect. Didnt even need to upgrade firmware to hikvision. I see no benefit to upgrade to Hik vision firmware?

    Seems to be working better however I noticed one vehicle slip pass when the AI was doing a detection. Can it only run one at a time? Another car came through just as it was finishing the AI detection and the AI missed it. It seems if something else triggers the camera trigger then it will miss...

    This is my AI detection rate. Trying 10 pre record triggers and 20 post trigger records at 50ms. Found out I was BL set the camera to 60 FPS when camera was running 50 FPS. Will see if it fixes it? A car passing takes about 1 second... It says 7seconds to process.
