    Maybe it’s a coincidence but I’ve noticed that on my other cameras on HomeKit scrubbing isn’t available… only live view. Is it possible it can only stream to one service ? That’s strange though because it has that other sub streams . ?

    yeah so just following up on this. there are NO floods in that image. i turn the illuminators OFF. That's the awesome part. Its just ambient light.

    I can tell you that the dahua cameras that I am replacing look like full color without those extra camera white lights being on. I keep those off because they are extremely bright and annoying when I have people over.

    I think I figured out the core of my problems. The EmpireTech cam is NOT a nightcolor camera. It’s just regular 4k-color but doesn’t have the same nightcolor features as those dahua cameras. I guess I read the specs wrong.
