    Asrock said to try clearing cmos so I'll give that a try. Unfortunately muy only CPU is an old 1150 socket and the mobo of course is 1151. I was wondering about it trying to out put to onboard as well but don't know how to change without seeing bios. I'll look into that flashback support. Thanks

    Another reason for having overhead in cpu is for video playback. With the old pc I had it got to the point where when I would fast forward video clips the video would freeze up and skip lots of frames, and playback of all cameras at once wasn't possible.
