Been using BI since at least V3. Recommended and installed it at dozens of SMBs and gomes. Great Product. Never needed support.... until now. Recently updated to BI 6. Install was a breeze. 32 cameras moved over. No issues. All Good. Removed BI5. Still Good. Removed BI4. Lost everything...- Mr_Resistor
