    Are you trying to connect remotely to the device then? If so then you should be able to use the SN and Password in the DMSS App or also with the SmartPSS app to be able to remotely access the device as long as P2P is enabled.     Sounds like it is with the Region for motion or most likely have to do with the detection rules for the AI. You could look into the overlay for the camera and check and see if you can turn off those features for the live view.

    You should be able to do a Factory Reset by pressing a button down on the inside of the NVR I would presume. If you are wanting to restart fresh that's what I would do. I was able to find a couple of YouTube videos that can help show where that reset button would be on your board.

    When you are logged into the camera you can use that Import/Export feature to save the config on how the camera is setup like your IVS rules for example. I was able to Import the file I saved to be able to set all my rules up without having to take the time to set it all up again.

    Remote access outside the LAN

    If your NVR has P2P in the Network settings and it says the status in online you may be able to use SmartPSS and the DMSS app to add your cameras/NVR to those to view them remotely as well. You can use the SN of the devices to be able to see them remotely this way.
