    Yup , you were right. There are 2 channels missing from the AI search. It will have to do for now since the notifications are going through and in case of an incident I ll have to check the timeline manually to see what happened. And in the future, we'll upgrade to something that is a little...

    I was surprised as well but I checked in the "i" (under details) button from the screenshot below and all 8 channels have an entry when I was doing my rounds. So both the log and the mobile notifications are accurate

    First of all, thanks for all your inputs, really appreciate it. Secondly, I've gone back to each camera and redrew the rules. I was able to trigger all 8 intrusion rules and get a notification on the mobile app. I cant explain this as I was expecting at least 2 to not get reported/notified...

    Yeah, that's pretty much what I was asking in the OP, if indeed I am limited and if I should be switching 2 channels to SMD. Still I want to move one of the cameras on the smart plan from channel 6 to 7 . I still dont know how to do that. I have disabled channel 6 smart plan from the camera...

    Got it , so if I redo all the redrawing in-camera , then even the reporting on the NVR will show 8/8 active. But I get it, I should anyway do the redrawing in camera and recheck the triggers.

    Hello, So what @wittaj and @bigredfish are saying is that I should enable on each camera (that is done already with the orange light bulb ) and ignore the reporting of 6/8 cameras showing on the NVR GUI in my first post with the blue lightbulb ?

    Out of 8 cameras , 5 are IPC-HFW2449T-AS-IL and from those 5 , 2 are currently not triggering because they were left out of the quota of 6/8 from the NVR. Unless I'm not understanding that quota

    Hello, I've realized that I cannot have 8/8 cameras (IPC-HFW2449T-AS-IL) pushing smart plans to the NVR (NVR4108HS-8P) I wanted to have tripwire and intrusion enabled on all 8, but it seems that this NVR accepts only 6 channels for perimeter protection , please correct me if I m wrong...
