    Yes, thank you. In my model, if the environment is very very dark (with no lights hitting the camera), the IR LEDs turn on, even if they are “off.” For example, if I turn it toward the street (which is lit) they do not light up, but if I turn it toward the wall (which is dark) they light up.

    Thanks onesixright, I sent an email to ctronics support one week ago and they replied that "the white LED light can be turned off but the IR lights cannot.And our other cameras are the same." From the picture you put in the first post, it seems to me that yours is model CTPT-295C (5MP zoom 30x)...
