    Other physical things that don't change: Your height; Your inseam; Your arm length; Your torso; and Your head size. Those can be measured as compared to a known, fixed size object in an image.

    I noticed the same jacket (w/stripes), pants, and shoes. When he walks away he has the same slack and wrinkles in the butt of his pants. So yes, I believe the delivery guy is also the thief.

    Thanks @Ssayer and @dmcIPCAM. I Googled Cooper's Hawk and it seems like that is the predator bird. Although I can't see the front of the bird to verify its stripy orange chest, the rear matches the images I saw.
