    Update: So Finally restored my password!!! I used the serial number as it is with the model prefix. The security code didn't work with SADP. The security code worked with iVMS-4200!! The password was reset to 12345 instead of 123456789abc

    Hi All! Thanks for the important info provided in this thread. I face the following issue with my camera. I tried to change my admin password and set it to camera67, but unfortunately my keyboard was on Greek language and set the password ψαμερα67!!!! The problem is that now I can't login...
