    Reolink Elite Floodlight WiFi Camera

Hi, you probably returned the camera already but I recently got the poe version of the Elite Floodlight, you need to enable ONVIF and the rest of the protocols under Network > Advanced.

    Reolink poe floodlight pro duo

Thanks for responding. I ordered the POE version - mostly because I want the floodlight and alerts whenever it detects a person in the area. I have had Reolink before (long time ago) and yes night quality has been a problem.

@scoob8000 Hi, did you pull the trigger on one of these if you did, did it work via onvif ?

    Dahua IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 ir reflection

The brightness could be due to auto settings like you said. I tried to get a better seal tonight but I made it worse, I will take it off tomorrow evening and try again.

This is the way it looks without the dome cover and IR on.

It's probably worth comparing, I am going to take it off and share a picture.

    Dahua IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 ir reflection

Here are the night shots. No IR: With IR: Looks like IPC has a good seal with the gasket, but has some sort of circle in the image which is caused by the IR, not visible without IR. IPC2 doesn't look like it has a good gasket seal, IR still bleeding, not as much as before but still.

    Dahua IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 ir reflection

To recap. 1. Camera was left open for over two days. 2. Lens rotated so that most of the IR led are on the bottom. 3. Latest firmware. 4. Camera is installed under soffit about 12ft. 5. Everything set to default. 6. I used a little foam between the gasket to create a better seal. 7. I found a...

    Dahua IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 ir reflection

I was able to use foam and raise the gasket a little bit a create a better seal: I see improvements but not clear enough. The dome and lens were cleaned with a glasses' cloth. I am not sure how @looney2ns got nice night shots and didn't have any issues with the gasket. I will probably have to...

    Dahua IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 ir reflection

Thank you for the quick response, I can see that the gasket is not sealing against the dome. What type of foam could be used to get it to seal ?

    Dahua IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 ir reflection

Hi all, I recently bought two IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 (2.8 and 3.6) at night both of them appear to suffer from ir reflection. Today I decided to unmount them and test the the lenses pointing straight out. Thinking the issue was related to having the lenses in an angle. With the lenses like this...

Just in case anyone else wants to schedule a reboot of the doorbell camera, this is what I am using to reboot it: curl -X PUT --user admin:password http://192.168.0.64/ISAPI/System/reboot and if you want to reboot the rest of your Hikvision cameras, the path is...

Sweet! LTS is releasing an ONVIF compatible doorbell with SD card slot and 940nm IR

Just want to share, maybe it helps someone else. I have the LaView version of the camera, flashed with Hikvision version of the firmware. Sometimes my camera would go offline and only a reset or re-enroll would get it online. Today I decided to log on to Hik-connect.com and check out the...
