Spot on. It stays a 192.168.8.xxx address. Think of the OpenVPN tunnel as a virtual cable between the two networks - Blue Iris will reach across the tunnel to 192.168.8.x directly. Just remember to set the camera to a static IP and keep an eye on your upload bandwidth at the condo!
