    Usually there is a screwed on plate with a rubber seal underneath. I’ve never worked with that particular model. There’s gotta be a reset button on there somewhere.

    Correct! I contacted LTS today and they provided me with an unlisted “in between” firmware version to upload first. Then I uploaded the latest version from the download center. It’s much more modern and is a big improvement. Thanks!
