    Figured out how to make BI UI3 default to "0"

    Just in case others want UI3 to remain open: Edited the java script to set the default UI3 timeout to zero. Just have to save a copy to replace the versions that get included with updates. Maybe I am the only one, but it seems to me this should be the default setting. Regards, Dewey
