    any smartphone alerts via app would have to come through the cloud in regards to iPhone and Android push notification servers. If the alarm box locally had the ability to send email / text message... depends if they allow 3rd party or once again, proprietary Yale servers to handle it all...

    I looked myself :) I think the previous owner of my company tried this exact brand out. Anyone in the future, be very wary. Looks great on paper. However, the stainless-steel tube came undone making sharp fiber cutting spaghetti in the conduit, and we had to start all over with something else.

    I'd install Ubiquiti Unifi gateway modems (Cloud Gateway Ultra) at each location with the Ubiquiti flex mini's, use the built in Unifi VPN to your Ubiquiti Unifi gateway modem at your shop. For ease of use. And ease of future use elsewhere. Of course, would have to have the Inseego FX4100...
