    Wow. I swear that wasn't on your support download site earlier today. Did you just add it? In any event, THANK YOU! It worked, I got my camera updated using Chrome and the oddities I was experiencing have now gone away. We all appreciate you!

    PTZ5A4M-25X Upgrade Failed

    Steve, Did you ever get your PTZ5A4M-25X updated? I have one on the old GUI and can't figure out how to update it from the 2021 firmware it is running. I suspect it has to do with the new GUI vs old GUI models but documentation on how to tell and then how to update the old GUI models is lacking...

    I have tried Firefox. IE has been deprecated and is no longer available on Windows 11 but I did try IE mode within Edge.
