    Yes, TAPO, PC with VLC and VTH are on the same subnet. Both URLs work fine in VLC, but on the VTH I tried every possible combination of settings: IP, port (554 or 2020), stream type (main or sub), device type (IPC or NVR), protocol (local or ONVIF), and the username and password.
