    @bigredfish Thanks. I would not get the smoked lens exactly for the reason you stated, doesn't make sense to make it harder to see at night. And yes, I am not replacing my fixed.

    It does seem the Auto Focus was lost. I went into the camera frome the NVR IE and in Conditions\Zoom and Focus I clicked on the Auto Focus button and it all came into focus. Thanks @smiticans
