    i found the problem. i just needed to manually put my laptop ip address to same network and was able to login. Sorry about that.

    Yes, i had the IP addresses before the upgrade and have been able to use the SADP tool to change every camera and NVR IP's address. The NVR can see all of the cameras as well.
