    Issue with NVR logs

    I'm currently remote accessing a HIKVision DS-7616NI-E2/8P. When I go to the logs tab, I cannot see any logs based on the Remote Login and Remote Logout types. Is there a reason why these would not be logged in the logs? I'm trying to figure out who all is logged in at a certain time to the NVR.
