    I've initialized with the online connection and then kept the firewall rules in place. Its really annoying. :-( besides that it's a nice camera. I'd wish dahua would be more transparent with their product strategy and features. This camera is clearly simply software limited.

    Dahua playback question: can the cam play back from NAS?

    Having the same issues. Is it at least possible to playback recordings via the android app, if they are stored on FTP or NAS? Recording to SD Card was my preferred option, but it slows the camera down to a point it does not respond for minutes...
