    I see it now why my nvr cant support it, my ip cam model: hwi-d121h dont show H.265+ option when i check via web gui But it advertise i have it.as shown here.

    I thought about that, so i check the hikvision site for firmware. I got sad, i have the latest version installed.

    No smart events, but i disable motion detection recording and still the same.

    Ive tried it buddy... set everything to the highest even to the lowest setting, switch port 1& 2 and restore the nvr to default. What makes more weirder is that even the H.264+ also gray out. Any thoughts?

    Yes, it show H.264 & H.265 only, no H.265+ on the drop down menu.

    I need help pls. how to enable H.265+, both my NVR & IP Camera seems to support it. I might be missing some thing,its just gray out. Unable to put check on the box. NVR Model: DS-7608NI-Q1 IP Camera: HWI-D121H Tnx in advance!!!
