    OK, I'm back in business. I was confusing the SmartPSS and NVR logins. I'm not sure if the power outage in February changed anything on the NVR. But it did on me. My bones are still thawing out. (These are ooold bones!) Thanks guys.

    Thanks! Looks like my problem is with the NVR login. Last February we had a couple power outages over 16 hours each (Dallas area) and my UPS gave out after about 10 hours. I got the NVR back up but can't find where I put the logonID info. (Yes, makes sense...) I'm going to see if I can find...

    I downloaded the latest SmartPSS for Windows today. Following installation it wants me to give it a “Password for user admin”. But when I have it find my Dahua NVR it gives me “Invalid user.” I uninstalled and reinstalled, looking carefully for an opportunity to enter a username immediately...

    Here's another video: The video quality is disappointing. The Starlight's image in IR mode with its internal IR illumination turned off used to be spectacular. Then about a year ago I made an adjustment to the image's Gamma in the app and it broke. No undo. I am reluctant to send it back...

    Eijits- combines the worst of ignorance and stupidity. The one with the black hoodie showed part of her face pretty clearly as she exited the frame the first time. I thought I could almost make out the lettering on the fronts of their outfits. Maybe a super analyst at the PD could come up...

    I've got it down to under 7 minutes, but there is a four minute dead space I want to replace with a brief text transition that explains: "Four Minutes Later..." Can I do it in Microsoft Photos? Or what other app woulbe quick and easy? Thanks - Dave
