    Finally got this solved. Turns out the ATT Modem/Router was blocking the ports needed to access the NVR. It took many support calls to ATT but finally got someone in US support that said they had an option to set it as Camera NVR and that resolved the issue.

    Have license plate cam at home and works great. Fortunately at work we rarely have these issues but I have been thinking of adding LPR. Do not think so, however, put them on the street and homeless folks took them after 5 or so days.
