    I don't know if the camera has auto-tracking. I couldn't find anything about it in the data sheet. I don't use or need the auto-tracking function. All I can say is that the camera has been working properly since the PTZ update.

    Hello community, For your information: After numerous phone calls with the manufacturer, support installed an unofficial update of the PTZ module V2.401.0000001.51.RHNAP_221019_43050 on my PTZ camera, which solved the problem.
