    what do you mean by VM? Ive tried both way, with the NVR connected directly to the computer and with the NVR and computer connected to router never used wireshark. going to download it now and see what its about....yeah dont know what im doing with wireshark

    I will try it on another computer..i just heard back from hikvision password recovery and the file they gave me does not reset the password either. windows firewall has been 100% disabled the digicap.dav file is def in the same folder as tftpserve.exe the tftpserve.exe is on C:/ drive going...
