    Can't get notification to work after re-installing the BI app on my iPhone

    On BI, check under Settings/Mobile Devices that your phone is listed, push is enabled, and the device ID matches the device ID on the Help screen of the iOS BI app. I had the same problem today, my new install was listed but not enabled for push on that Mobile Devices panel.

    FWIW, this is confirmed as a bug in the mobile app on iOS 17, to be fixed shortly.

    Anyone? I'm running 5.8.0.10 now with the same iOS app (2.03.07), still have this problem and it's damn annoying. Edit: I just discovered that I can trigger the noise by changing the motion rectangles setting on any alert. So it must be a bug in the mobile app...

    New app looks great and works great here. Good to see the UI refresh! It's a lot easier to show non-technical people.
