    Its not about fps, I can lower frames to 10 fps without problems.....size is the most important ( 1980X1080 ),......if resolution is proportional with fps,....I could play around to make 64ch / 10fps @1080p As for the other option......if I pay 50$ X 64 =3200$,.....how will I guarantee that...
