    PTZ6C2M-45X-AI focus issues

Is this something that a user can do by themselves? Or only engineering team via some debugging console / SSH? Maybe it was just a newer version that fixed it?

    2025 New Arrivals From EmpireTech

Assume this will be the long awaited 4k, 1/1.2" sensor model?

    2025 New Arrivals From EmpireTech

OK, that is the one I was talking about. Thanks for the update. I'm very happy with the previous 1/1.2" discontinued PTZ and wanted to see if the new one can replace the defective Hikvision PTZ that I bought from you.

    2025 New Arrivals From EmpireTech

Just to be clear. There was a 1/1.2" PTZ mentioned previously at the beginning of this thread. That has been discontinued before it was released?

That is interesting. I thought there was a 1/1.2” sensor one as well?

    5.9.9 - January 17, 2025 - More Pre-6.0 feature releases

As of this post BI is recommending 5.9.9.52 as the highly stable update. However it has stutter at playback of video. Upgrading to 5.9.9.57 fixes this for me.

    2025 New Arrivals From EmpireTech

Interested in an update for the super PTZ as well. Turns out there was string of car break ins today and I am the only one with video. Unfortunately only got partial plates on one vehicle (stolen) and not the other. The hope is that the IR distance is as good as advertised as lighting is...

    2025 New Arrivals From EmpireTech

Can you say if the Super PTZ is a laser IR? I don't believe it is, but maybe they got rid of the white LEDs and only have IR LEDs? Seems interesting it doubled from 250m to >500m Can't wait for the spec sheet.

    DS-2DF9C453LXG-LW 4 MP 53X PTZ Dual-sensor, 1/1.2" progressive scan CMOS

I suspect Dahua is going to discontinue the use of the Starvis sensors over time. I'd think Starvis 2 sensors would be better performing that Omnivision but that is just a guess. I was going to reach out to @EMPIRETECANDY to see if he can get the price on the Hikvision DF9 in 4MP and 8MP, but I...

what is the Dahua camera that would replace this Hikvision speed dome DS-2DF8C842IXS-AELW?

As far as I know there is no 1/1.2" sensor in the Dahua PTZ lineup anymore.

    DS-2DF9C453LXG-LW 4 MP 53X PTZ Dual-sensor, 1/1.2" progressive scan CMOS

The hope is there is one with a 1/1.2" sensor. But Dahua stopped using 1/1.2" in their PTZ line unfortunately.
