    Hello, My case fan (AD0405MX-G70) is getting very noisy. I can take it out and spin it with compressed air and it is quiet. I'm guessing it must be the motor itself. Has anyone found a good replacement for these fans? Thanks

    Yeah, I tried even running just one camera off of the NVR with no luck. Swapped the power supply as well. Only POE issue out of the 4 Dahua NVRs I have.

    Missed your second question, the PoE ports on this NVR never worked out of the box, so I am using a couple of external switches.

    PC. If I play it on my phone, I can't select the correct time stamp, but I can start it playing before the "buggy" time and it will play through. Camera time must be out of sync with system time or something like that.

    Hi, Yes, I switched to SmartPSS because I needed to log in remotely. We tried first on the phone app, then on the web app, all with the same results. It seems to be all the cameras (8 of them) and all times of day where this issue is occurring.

    Okay I think I have it fixed. I did a Factory Default on both the cameras and IVS is now working after reboot. It wasn't an issue with IVS, it was that none of the settings would save after a reboot of the camera.

    I get the same result whether I set it up on the NVR or the camera interface. I can see the trip wire on the NVR preview of the stream, but it all disappears after reboot. Nothing persists in the IVS settings on the camera or NVR.
