    yours is V360, mine is V380 those apps are not from the same developer (I checked apple store) so they is not the same and might not behave same sorry but you have to seek help elsewhere yours is V380, but if my files and steps dont help then the only option is contact [email protected]...

    it's ceshi.ini not cashi.ini, make sure you got it right and I also think port 8554 is your camera RTSP port

    No, the ceshi.ini file is easy, you can create it yourself or use my file in earlier post But for new firmware you have to conntact the support team email Maybe new firmware will fix your problem, maybe not

    sorry everyone I gave away this specific camera long ago, so I cannot help you with any further information than these 2 below posts if these solutions cannot solve your problems, then you need to seek help elsewhere. Thats all I know about this camera sorry for that

    what mobile app does it use? about the ceshi.ini file you just copy it over to the root folder of the sdcard, insert it into the camera, power up the camera, wait for like 3 mins, done
