VideoPlayToolSetup.exe for Annke WCD1012 or I91CS camera 2026-02-20

This plugin/software was necessary in order to use the web interface for an Annke WCD1012 / I91CS camera. It was hosted by a Chinese cloud server which could disappear at any time, so for archival reasons, a zipped copy of the application is attached here.
