I voted for Trump and I don't regret it. I'll take him over the last 4 or 5 previous presidents. I see a flawed person who says stupid things and exaggerates but I liked his America first policies. What is happening? Rush Limbaugh said "The only person that can separate Trump from his supporters is Trump." I wish he would get back to America first. Maybe most of you are doing ok but our budget is straining under costs, especially insurance and electric/gas. I'm not assigning blame, just stating that costs are getting out of control and Republicans could be in trouble in the coming elections. James Carville "It's the economy stupid". I know some will disagree and that's ok, we still have freedom of speech.

Agree, I think it’s more to juice the economy than give us money. Same with the Covid stimmies, but led to inflation.

I agree, it's a better stab at "affordability" than the 50-year term debacle.
But there could be some speedbumps... would this be retroactive?... would existing relatively low-rate mortgages somehow qualify as "portable"?
And all things being equal, wouldn't banks charge a premium (more fees and/or higher rate) if new loans had this portability feature?

1- the one that they (congressional committee) began leaking today which was obtained from the estate of Epstein (from the island, 23,000 files via subpoena)
2- the DOJ/FBI files that are under lock and key.
Unclear which that was about or the tactics used on both sides (exclusions, redactions, etc)
Still the thing is Trump is doing everything he can to prevent disclosure. Mikie Little Johnson is doing same.

I’ve said I don’t think Trump is dirty as far as evidence against him directly. I believe he is covering for others.
But once again, he’s the one saying they’re fake and blocking release. He’s perpetuated the problem on his own accord. If nothing to hide why expend so much political capital to keep them locked away?
