If you doubt for one second who the administration cares most about, it ain’t you, you’re not paying attention
Don't forget Pelosi, she did better than both, haha
That crash was also the loans were sold/played with on the Stock Markets...I remember the loans were approved even without Social Security numbers...pretty much all you had to do was show up to get a loan...well close to thatHopefully they are not going to be that stupid again....
I was in the same boat before hitting 65. It was ridiculous what the insurance companies designated as a disqualifying pre-existing condition. Too long for me to remember the details, but as a representative example, I had a heart murmur until age mid 20s or so, when it went away, that they would classify as history of heart disease. In Oregon, there was a state-run insurance plan for people that were turned down. It would have been ok for me, except I wanted an HSA eligible plan that they wouldn't offer. (I used it anyway, there were no other options). I can imagine that people in other states might have been screwed.I’m not old enough for Medicare and have pre-existing conditions. I don’t need or want a subsidy, but I do want coverage until I’m 65.
All the places I called a year or more ago wanted $800 a month. How ridiculous.,..If you dont have an employer plan you can participate in, you can
1- Go direct to an insurance company and see what you can get
2-go to the ACA website and price plans
Many people dont know or pay attention to the differences in plans and coverage. Be sure to compare premium, deductible, out of pocket max, coverage
I have been riding the No Ins. wave since my wife retired. One thing I found out, Meds without having Ins. are cheaper than with. I am headed out this morning to see my heart Doc. The yearly visit is less than $200, same with my yearly Doc visit. I have not had to change Docs, though still driving almost a couple of hours to see them, this may change.I was in the same boat before hitting 65.
