From what I have been reading the Judge in New York and the Judge in Florida basically told the DOJ the same thing. The DOJ needs to be more specific. It will take a lot for a judge to unseal the evidence. To me this is one of the main problems in the Epstein file case. The girls in the court settlement received a payment from JP Morgan/Epstein Estate and one of provisions was to remain silent on the matter. I would bet that they want to just move on with the lives. That is why I stated yesterday that items that relate to Virginia Giuffre and the videos the FBI or whoever has them may be the best route to go. Ghislaine Maxwell is also a possibility.

A federal appeals court ruled in favor of MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell on Wednesday in his bid to avoid paying $5 million to a software developer who declared victory in Lindell’s contest to disprove his claims of foreign interference in the 2020 election.
The three-judge 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel’s unanimous decision found an arbitration panel exceeded its power by changing unambiguous contract terms to award the developer Lindell’s prize.
“Fair or not, agreed-to contract terms may not be modified by the panel or by this court,” U.S. Circuit Judge James Loken wrote in the 12-page decision.
In an interview, Lindell called the lawsuit a “setup.”
“This is vindication. This opens a door that no man can shut. I am so excited. I mean, this is an answer to prayer,” Lindell told The Hill.

Then what evidence are you looking for? What evidence does the FBI etc have that proves that some of the people had sex with the women? Obviously with the court order it cannot be a he said, she said type of thing. Maybe there is evidence of people funneling these women to Epstein? Also, that is why I believe that Epstein took pictures of what happened.

House Oversight Committee issues subpoena for Ghislaine Maxwell
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer on Wednesday issued a subpoena to Ghislaine Maxwell, convicted associate of Jeffrey Epstein, for a deposition to occur at Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee on Aug. 11.
"The facts and circumstances surrounding both your and Mr. Epstein's cases have received immense public interest and scrutiny," Comer wrote in a statement Wednesday.
Maxwell was convicted of sex trafficking and other charges and sentenced to 20 years in prison in 2022.

"What we're talking about here is someone who's in federal prison on appeal, so our attorneys will have to communicate with her attorneys to see if there are terms, if she wants," Comer said before the subpoena was issued. "If there are no terms, we'll roll in there quick."
The girls identities were known by the court at the time. Same thing now. Just becasue the tapes, FBI investigation files, phone calls, etc have the girls in them doesnt mean they have to become public. Shit like that is sealed all the time. It doesnt preclude the court from seeing them and making the connection to the abuser.

I am sure the FBI has the names of a lot of these people. However, to make a court case there has to be some kind of irrefutable proof that some of these people indeed had sex with these women. If the women are not going to testify then you need video or an eye witness. There could be evidence that I am overlooking.

People are put in jail every day without video evidence of the crime with the perp and the victim becoming public. Minors are routinely protected by sealing the files, AFTER the court views evidence with them in it.
This isnt going to be public trials on TV any more than most court proceedings

The DOJ WAS more specific. This is a ruling AFTER DOJ gave the court answers to her questions the other day.
The judge who denied the request was ruling on the detail given to her by Pam Bondi.
She responded saying she can’t unseal testimony unless it’s strictly for the furtherance of a currently ongoing case. Trump/DOJ sent the request knowing full well she had no power to unseal them in this manner.
This Grand Jury FL files is theater. Thats not where you'll find info on co-conspirators/abusers. The trial was specifically on Epstein, no other names or men involved would have been part of the trial.
Seriously, with all the fake and petty bullshit that the left threw at Trump to try to put him in prison, does anyone think that if there was even the slightest amount of truth to him being "in there" in an incriminating manner, that the left would NOT have used it against him?
But that doesn't explain why Trump doesn't want the files FBI files released... Maybe the files show Trump knew what was happening? Maybe Trump's trying to cover up for others?

And why would people who the court deemed innocent bystanders be in the records at all to begin with? Not normal if you've ever been in a criminal court proceeding. They go out of their WAY to avoid including innocent bystanders with no connection to the case being in the record.
Tell me when you sit back and look at the timeline and statements from Trump and Team on this subject that he';s not protecting someone or something?
He's's actively purposely trying to keep it hidden for some reason
