Circling back around....It would seem that the "war" on terror never ended thus we continue to be in a state of war again terrorism. To me it would see that technically, POTUS is in the clear but I only play a lawyer on IPCAMTALK.

• appoints a judge to oversee the Trump prosecution on the fake FISA warrant case
• decides to jump into a political argument today to express his views on Trump EO. Chief Justices don’t usually do that.
• he has in the past ignored similar Democrat issues including not even commenting when Dem Senators called for violence against SCOTUS members
• he released his “opinion” to select media outlets with no record on the SCOTUS blog or web page as is standard
• he’s publicly covering for these TROs and rabid judges because he’s dirty and he’s afraid.

Roberts sounds and acts like a liberal politician that is desperate.

Per a X real lawyer I agree with :
Chief Justice Roberts should shut the hell up about impeachment and pretty much everything else, and communicate only through written opinions of the Court in the cases that come before it. He is not a member of one of the elected branches and his job is not to lecture us or advocate a position. He has improperly attempted to do both. He thinks he’s protecting his institution and he’s undermining it.

This can only go one of two ways:
1- Trump backs down, we all lose
2- Trump eventually calls for martial law, things get ugly.
