It took me a stupidly long time to figure out just what the hell was going on with this...
I'm thinking someone is bench testing a Reolink cam
After seeing this post I googled "southern most point webcam" and there was a couple taking pictures (2335 hrs), she was sitting on her ass holding her legs spread wide apart while he took pictures! When they finished he waved at the webcam.
I just refreshed the page and captured this image ... 
So I just logged into that cam and this was happening. They all were in that little car. Halloween would probably be a good night to watch this cam.
Ah, it's probably just a shot for a promotion by the local Chamber of Commerce....
I'm gonna log in tonight when it's dark and find out if I can see @CanCuba 's flood lights!

Should be taking pictures of the face, not fixated on the lower part of the body, but she prefers the photographer taking the picture from that perspective instead of her face
