Once the snow melts that lawn is going to be a bit torn up. It takes a special kind of asshole do to something like that, especially when you consider how close the stump is to that house.

When I was little my dad built a short stone wall that formed a large raised flower bed around the front yard after having 4 cars lose control and tear up the grass and hit trees. At least 3 or 4 vehicles hit the wall every year, but only couple hit it hard enough they couldn't drive off and their insurance paid to fix the wall. I wish there was video. I do wonder if the new owners have figured out the wall's true purpose yet.
