PTZ3E405-AI Problems With Warm Light - Unable to Disable

I have this camera, and no matter what settings I use for NIGHT profile, I am not able to disable WARM LIGHT and only allow IR. Even if I set ILLUMINATION to OFF, they will still turn on. They seem to be on some kind of schedule, even though this is disabled also. I do not use SMD or MOTION DETECTION, only TRIPWIRE and INTRUSION for motion detection and alerts. The AUTOTRACKING LITE does function very well. Anyone have one of these, and if so, do you have any suggestions?

PS Yes, I do use either Pale Moon or IE when making changes to any setting. And the firmware is from Andy's site, ver. 240619

Thanks for the response. I have since taken the camera down, so no pictures for a few days until I get it set up in a test location.

I have tried your recommendation: Fill Light - IR Mode
Mode - Auto

and

Fill Light - Off

None of the above settings made any difference for the Night profile. The warm lights still came on. I've even updated the firmware (I know, it's asking for trouble) and this made no difference so I took it down and put the original camera back up.

This was a refurbished camera from Andy's store, so I'm wondering if the original purchaser had the same problem. I would have thought, firmware should have resolved this, but it has not.

By any chance, do you have day profile scheduled all the time? That would make changes to night profile irrelevant.

Try setting lighting to White light to see if the IR light come on instead. Maybe someone plugged the two connections around the wrong way.

OK. I've tried all the recommended settings all of you have provided. And none make any difference. As soon as I turn the lights out in the basement where testing is happening, the damn white LED's turn on. They stay on for a short period, then go off, which is puzzling, almost as if some sort of internal test is occurring. To make matters worse, they turn on and go off not on any schedule, but randomly. Now i'm wondering if it's easy to open the camera up, and just disconnect the white LED's?

Many thanks to those that have responded so far!
