What I do not understand, is that Prop 47 made the cut off of $950 as the amount between felony and lesser misdemeanor
and the video shows $27,000 stolen from the Apple store .. so clearly over that cut off, should have been able to have California LEOs get after the bigger fish
( i.e. something still stinks in California )
