The even bigger imbeciles are those that vote these people into office, IMO. You don't even have to drive or fly to some of these blue cities to see how devasting the policies that have been in place FOR YEARS have resulted in such decay. Just Google any of them and take a virtual drive down some of streets OFF the main drag where the governmantal offices, lawyers, financial business, medical buildings and "upscale" districts are located.
