Hi everyone
I’m facing a strange issue and would like to ask for your advice. When I plug the SFP (fiber) module into the switch, all cameras and NVRs lose connection and there’s no signal at all. However, when I completely remove the SFP module from the fiber port, all cameras and NVRs immediately come back online.
Has anyone ever encountered this situation before? What could be the cause, and how can it be fixed? I’d really appreciate any suggestions or insights. Thanks

What specific model of switch and sfp?
The image above shows the 24 port managed switch used, module model: SM311LS(UN) TP-Link. Optical module used to connect from a switch containing a number of cameras to 24 port managed switch in the center

Consider sharing the switch make/model, as well

Yes, they are compatible with each other
Basically i think the light on the optical port is fine, do they need to configure on the switch to receive it?
I believe the SFP ports will need to be configured based on the desired and/or existing network topology.
