Loud Tire Blowout

It was so loud I thought someone might have hit a deer. A person walking up the far street (just to the left of the Stop sign) turned around to see what happened. It was the front passenger side tire that suddenly ruptured.

Holy crap...could a driver approach a stop sign any faster than that? He's driving like someone is after him!

I know a few people that drive with both feet, 1 for the gas and 1 for the brake. When the come to a stop sign you better hold onto your coffee. It's like they don't coast, it's either go with the right or stopping with the left.

If it wasn't for the blowout, I don't think this driver was planning to stop.

I don't think so, as these streets are very wide. There is a slight dip right there for a sewer drain.
