anything like this in your area? I know thats not the point, but if you dont want a "special pick up fee" you could drop them off at one of these places.
The guys living under the I-5 near San Diego harbor could put them over their shopping carts.

Have license plate cam at home and works great. Fortunately at work we rarely have these issues but I have been thinking of adding LPR.

Do not think so, however, put them on the street and homeless folks took them after 5 or so days.
