Geofencing with v 5.7.6.8

I have a simple set up. Two profiles: 1 Away and 2 Home. I have one iPhone running v 2.03.07. I want email alerts and push notifications when iPhone is out of geofence.

Unfortunately no matter what I do profile always defaults to 1 Away. Both the iPhone app and the PC server side app show status iPhone Geo-fence: Inside yet the profile doesn't change to 2 Home.

Uninstalled/Reinstalled BlueIris app on iPhone XS running IOS 16.5 and have GeoFence changing between Hold (red square) Profile 1 and Hold (red square) Profile 2. Is there any reason to use Run (green triangle) instead? They seem interchangeable to me??
