My IVMS quit working a while back, so I just switched to using the Web Server on my NVR. This was great until the PC died,  so I decided to try IVMS on my phone until I get the PC parts. Everything loaded OK, until I got error 25544 on Live View,  which I can't find anywhere. 
I asked Hikvision support and got a quick response from a tech, who suggested using Hik-Connect or opening a port on my router? Then I got an official response asking for serial number, region, country of origin, etc. So I'm thinking 25544 is related to my Chinese firmware?
Any ideas?
