I use Edge in IE mode a lot.
But I have to go to pure IE to see all of the NVR controls for example.
And even in the newer cams I’ve had a couple of occasions where settings just didn’t seem to want to stick and I went back in IE and no more problem.
I’ve pretty well learned which browser I can use with which camera.
On some if I accept the plugin in Edge or Pale Moon 32 all is good. In others I still can’t get the UI to load properly.
Honestly if you have a system with a mix of NVRs and cameras from different UI’s like I do, I’ll use 2-3 browsers to access everything. It’s a mess. IE is the most consistent
